Ordering key points

The order is only confirmed when the full due amount is paid and could be seen in our bank account.

After making a payment in our webshop an order confirmation will be sent to your email within 24 hours.

Order confirmation includes a list of the items your ordered, the amount paid and the expected shipping date.

After the order is confirmed for the stock products, the ordered items are sent out in 1 to 2 working days.

After the order is confirmed for the made to order products, the produced products are sent out in 5 to 10 working days.

If the order consists of both stock and made to order products, the items are sent out together when all of them are ready.
