Shipping key points

All Mad Tuna kite and wake products feature free shipping in EU. If you are located outside EU, or would like to collect your order yourself, please contact us directly and we will arrange the best possible option for your situation.

All Mad Tuna kite and wake boards are made to order, which means we only start producing your board after you place the order. Please expect 5 to 10 working days for the board to be finished and handed over to shipping.

All Mad Tuna products that are kept in stock and ordered separately (foot pads, handles, fins, etc.) are shipped in 1 to 2 working days after placing the order. In case the item is temporarily out of stock, it is possible to choose between accepting a longer delivery time or canceling the order.

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation within 24 hours stating an expected shipping date.

After the order is shipped, a tracking number can be provided upon request, so you can monitor your shipment.

Returns key points

Only stock products are eligible for returns (foot pads, handles, fins, etc.).

If you are not happy with the product, you have 30 calendar days to return it. The product should be returned in the same condition as it was received - unused and undamaged, in original packaging. Buyer pays the shipping costs.

The funds for the returned product are transferred back to the buyer’s account in 1 to 2 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

All made-to-order products are not eligible for returns.

In case of a production defect is present on a made-to-order product, the item is replaced after inspection.

In order for a product to be eligible for return, it must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase with a clearly indicated date of purchase. If such document is not available, please contact us directly and we will evaluate the situation.

Products bought directly from us are returned directly to us. Products bought from dealers are returned to dealers, who will take care of the claim. Second-hand products are not eligible for returns in any case.
